Aaron Carr-Elkaim, Village Chief of Kaweah shared some information about the Lodge Leadership Development, LLD. He said that LLD is a training session for Lodge Leadership where you learn how to carry out your goals and visions. Attending this training helped him become a better leader by teaching him how to be realistic with his goals as well as helping to create a well-detailed plan to achieve them. Aaron feels that attending this training can help support the lodge by teaching people how to effectively plan events and manage concerns within the lodge. This training consists of learning the concept of SMART goals and how to plan and carry out these goals. During the training, there are interactive activities that make the training interesting and something everyone should consider doing.
